Terms and Conditions for Payment of Fees and Issue of Visa Application
You have to submit your Indian Visa Application minimum 4days before the date of your travel to the country. We will charge fee according to Indian currency but you will get the financial statement for it according to the currency of your country. If you apply for Tourist Visa with us, the Government of India will let you to stay here between 90days and 180days period in your single visit. However, the days may vary according to your nationality.
The validity of your visa will be in your grant letter of Indian visa, which we email you in PDF format to your registered email id. You should make sure that your uploaded photograph along with the application should be visible on the grant letter while you submit the application. If you fail to do so, Indian Government will consider it as an invalid application at the country’s immigration check post.
Approval or rejection of a tourist visa is in the hands of Indian Government i.e. it may approve or reject your application and will mention the reason behind your visa rejection in your rejection letter.The processing time frame for Sri Lanka and Chinese passport holders takes 10 business days. Regardless of the reason for your visa rejection, the amount you paid is 100percent nonrefundable.
Terms and Conditions for Validity of Passport and Filling Visa Application
Your passport should contain minimum six months of validity from your arrival date in India. Also, as the Immigration Officer has to sign on your passport for your Indian Visa on Arrival, you should make sure keeping 2pages of it as blank pages. International travelers need to return their tickets on onward traveling tickets with enough money to spend during their stays in any area of India. Applicants belonging to eligible countries have to apply for visa online at least 4days in advance of their arrival date with 120days window.
Excluding a valid passport, applicants have to bring a copy of their e-traveling visa while making journey. Once you arrive in India, the Immigration Officer will capture your biometric details. Thus, as an applicant, you have to fill the Visa application form properly and submit it with the required visa fees and other related requirements. However, the Immigration Officer will not accept any incomplete and duplicate application.
